Your role: you hold the room

The platform writes, creates and remembers. You set the pace, name the moments and lead the celebration.

YOUHold the room
  • Set the pace: release each checkpoint
  • Frame each stage in a sentence or two
  • Name what people just built
  • Unveil the wall, close on the first move
Describe it in one breath
“You’ll meet the version of you who already made it, build a plan with them, practice your first step before you take it, and leave with everything you need to keep going.”
THE PLATFORMDoes the heavy lifting
  • Asks every question and writes their story
  • Hosts the Future Self conversation
  • Creates portrait, cover, song and card
  • Sends kits and the Day 7–90 check-ins

The method: see it, face the snag, practice it

The journey is built on rehearsal: picturing a real upcoming moment until it feels familiar. It adds research-backed goal habits.

  1. STEP 1The moment

    A real near-future trigger: “Tonight at 8.”

  2. STEP 2Step in

See it through their own eyes, present tense.

  3. STEP 3Watch it

See themselves doing it, like a film.

  4. STEP 4To the end

Every rehearsal ends with “That went well.”

  5. STEP 5Repeat

Three passes, then the Day 7–90 check-ins.

Why the snag matters
Dreaming alone can lower effort (mental contrasting research). So every dream is paired with its obstacle in Voice and an if-then backup in Practice.
Say it honestly
The journey draws on mental rehearsal and goal research. Never promise results or say it “rewires your brain.”

The emotional arc: it rises on purpose

Each stage feels a little warmer than the last, peaks at the Reveal and lands on a commitment. Match your energy to it.

Start low and calm
Lobby and Warm-up are quiet on purpose. No hype.
Voice is the small dip
Facing doubts feels heavy for a minute. Say so.
Protect the peak
During the Reveal, talk less.
Land on action
The last note is each person’s first move.
